Kate Vasilenko has extensive experience in the field of product management and e-commerce. Kate started their career at Home Credit Russia in 2007 and held various roles, including Head of On-line marketing, Head of Partnership Programs, Head of Merchandising and Promotion division, and Manager of Mortgage Development. In 2013, they became the Head of On-line department and later the Head of e-commerce loans business. In 2020, they joined Neuton and Bell Integrator as a Product Director.

Kate Vasilenko graduated from the Russian University of Humanities in 2006 with a Master's degree in Psychology. From 2007 to 2010, they attended the Finance University under the Government of the Russian Federation, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance, General. Later, in 2012, they attended EAE Business School and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in International MBA in 2013.
