Patti Nicola is a 17-year veteran teacher who has worked in both public and private schools. Currently, they are exploring different models of education to better serve students. Patti previously worked as a Vice President of Operations at Neutrogena, where they assisted in developing operational strategies and plans to achieve business growth and profitability goals. Patti also managed budgets, coordinated with internal teams and external vendors, and oversaw marketing and promotion efforts. Prior to that, Patti worked as a teacher at Rosslyn Academy for 9 years, teaching English and working on numerous theater productions.
Patti Nicola completed their Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design at Drake University from 2000 to 2004. Later, they pursued a Master's Degree in Elementary Education and Teaching at Northwestern University, which they completed from 2005 to 2007.
