Deb Perkins

Deb Perkins is an experienced environmental management professional with a focus on regulatory compliance and environmental policy. Currently serving as the Environmental Manager at Nevada Cement Company since January 2023, Deb previously held the position of Regional Environmental Manager at US Silica from May 2019 to November 2022. Prior to this, Deb worked at Vesuvius USA for over 16 years in roles including Environmental Advisor and Regulatory Analyst. Deb holds a Master’s Degree in Environmental Law and Policy with a concentration in Climate Change from Vermont Law and Graduate School (2016-2017) and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Indiana University Bloomington (1999-2003).
