Sara Levinson, MBA, SPHR has an extensive work experience in various human resources positions. Sara started their career as a Human Resources Director at Midwest Internal Medicine, where they were responsible for benefits administration, payroll, supervision of medical records and receptionists, as well as personnel development and recruitment. After that, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Hualapai Mountain Medical Center, providing customer service to employees and assisting department managers with personnel issues. Sara then joined HCA as a Human Resources Representative/Labor Relations Specialist, where they provided guidance to employees and supported management in employee and labor relations matters. Currently, they are working at Nevada Donor Network, Inc. where they have held roles including Vice President of People, Culture and Development, Senior Director of People, Culture + Development, and Director of People, Culture + Development. In these roles, they have developed and deployed employee retention and engagement strategies, overseen talent acquisition and performance management, ensured compliance with industry regulations and employment laws, and managed benefits administration and employee recognition programs.

Sara Levinson, MBA, SPHR, obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Family and Human Development from Arizona State University, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. Sara furthered their education by pursuing a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management from Keller Graduate School of Management, attending from 2009 to 2011. In 2018 and 2019, Sara earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Western Governors University. In November 2020, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI.
