Nic Smith

Nic Smith is a seasoned professional in real estate development and sustainable architecture, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Nevada HAND, Inc. since June 2025. Prior to this role, Nic held various positions at Chicanos Por La Causa, Inc., including Vice President of Real Estate Development and Director of Real Estate Development and Design from October 2015 to May 2025. Nic also owned Phundamental, PLLC, a sustainable architecture and development practice from June 2011 to June 2016, and worked as Senior Project Manager at the ASU Stardust Center from October 2005 to June 2012. Educational credentials include a Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) and a Certificate in Sustainable Technology and Management (CSTM) from Arizona State University, as well as a Master of Architecture (MArch) from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture and Urban Studies from the University of Minnesota.
