Kelly Oliver

Kelly Oliver has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Kelly is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Nevada Health Centers, a position they have held since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President of Human Resources at Regional West Health Services from September 2021 to February 2023, and as the Vice President of Human Resources at HCA Mountain Division from April 2019 to September 2021. Before their roles in executive HR positions, Kelly served as a Human Resources Manager at W.W. Clyde & Co. from July 2018 to April 2019, and at Academy Mortgage Corporation from June 2016 to June 2018. Kelly also has significant experience in human resources at Intermountain Healthcare, where they worked as a Human Resources Consultant, Manager of Talent Management and Employee Engagement, and Information Systems Project Manager from 2008 to 2016. Prior to transitioning into HR, Kelly worked in various roles at CIT Bank, American Express, and Albertsons.

From 1997 to 1999, Kelly attended Salt Lake Community College and obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration.

Kelly then pursued double Bachelors degrees in Management and Finance at the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business from 2000 to 2001.

From 2003 to 2005, Kelly attended the Thunderbird School of Global Management and earned an MBA degree with a focus on International Management.

These include being certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in November 2018, earning the Recruiter Academy Certified Recruiter certification from Recruiter Academy in March 2017, becoming a Certified Scrum Master through <\u200bPlatinum|Edge in January 2015, acquiring the ITIL v3 Information Technology Infrastructure Library certification from Intermountain Healthcare in January 2011, and achieving the Six Sigma Blackbelt certification from American Express in March 2006.
