Clinton Boyce

Clinton Boyce is an experienced surveillance professional currently serving as the Surveillance Shift Manager and Surveillance Training Manager at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas since February 2016. In these roles, Clinton manages the development of new hires, creates training programs to ensure compliance with the Nevada Gaming Control Board, and maintains training databases for a team of over 15 employees. Previously, Clinton worked as an Investigative Analyst, protecting gaming and non-gaming assets, evaluating player profitability, and reporting violations and suspicious activities to senior executives. Prior experience includes serving as Surveillance Supervisor at Mesquite Gaming, where Clinton developed training programs for surveillance operators and acted as an expert witness in court. Clinton holds educational credentials from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and the College of Southern Nevada.
