Eric Gilliland, MBA, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer for the Nevada System of Higher Education, drawing on extensive experience in higher education human resources. Previous roles include Associate Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer at Nevada State University and Senior Director & Deputy Chief Human Resources Officer at the College of Southern Nevada, where responsibilities encompassed talent acquisition and classification. Eric began a career in human resources as an HR Specialist at Pueblo Community College. Academic credentials include an MBA in Business Administration from Colorado Technical University and a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications from Colorado State University Pueblo.
