Reema Puri

Reema earned her BS and MS degrees in Food Science from Rutgers University. She began her career as a Scientist at National Starch & Chemical Company then moved on to Technical Sales with Henkel.

Reema joined InnoPharma, Inc. in 2009 as the HR & Project Manager where she supported InnoPharma’s growth by leading its talent recruitment and retention efforts, overall HR operations and affairs, as well as facilities management. She was also responsible for setting up IP Pharma, a subsidiary of InnoPharma, Inc., in Bangalore, India.

Reema is responsible to provide overall HR support, talent recruitment, as well as managing facilities and office administration and establishing long-range Human Resource strategies and practices for the organization to meet specific business and growth objectives for Nevakar Injectables & Nevakar India Pvt.

Prior to her position, at Nevakar Injectables Reema was engaged in Nevakar, Inc. from its formation in 2015 as the Senior Vice President, HR and established Nevakar India Pvt.Reema supported the formation and growth of both the companies and has over 15 years of combined experience in R&D and human resources with demonstrated success in talent management, organizational development, management coaching and process development.
