Alekhya Kilambi is an experienced professional in employee engagement and content management, currently serving as Group Head - Content & Black Panther at Never Grow Up ® since May 2018. Responsibilities include enhancing workplace culture through various services such as Happiness Surveys, Customized Training Interventions, and Internal Communications. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Content Manager and Junior Research Fellow at Advanced Centre for Treatment, Research and Education in Cancer (ACTREC), and a Research Intern at Indigenese Biotechnologies.
