Pavel Laptev is a seasoned cybersecurity professional currently serving as the Head of Security Operations Center at NEVERHACK Estonia since October 2023. With a robust background in digital forensics and incident response, Pavel has previously held roles as a Senior Forensic Analyst at Kyndryl and as a Cyber Security Specialist at the Estonian IT Centre, where contributions included designing cybersecurity incident response processes and enhancing forensic capabilities. Additionally, Pavel has extensive experience in academia as an external lecturer at both the University of Tartu and TalTech, developing courses in digital forensics and system forensics. Pavel's educational background includes a Master's degree in Cyber/Computer Forensics and Counterterrorism from TalTech, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Food Technology and Processing from the same institution.
