Jack Burgess has been a Technical Support and Service Management professional at BHID Group since February 2017, focusing on delivering exceptional technical support and service delivery to end users. Prior to this role, Jack served as an IT Support Engineer, managing PC maintenance and troubleshooting for over 300 staff.
