Cosimo Gualano

Cosimo Gualano has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Cosimo started their career in 1986 as an Operation Commander at the Ministry Of Defence in Italy, and later moved up to become the Head of Section for Telecommunication and Security. In 1995, they joined the Italian Embassy in London as an Information and Technology Officer, before taking on the role of Head of Department for IT and Security at the Italian Ministry Of Defence. Cosimo then worked at the United Nations as the Chief Communication Officer for a year. In 1999, they joined TANDBERG as an International Product Manager, eventually becoming the International Sales Manager for Solutions and Vertical Products. Cosimo later worked at OTRUM as the International Product Manager and then joined the University of Wales to pursue an MBA degree. From 2011 to the present, they have been with Nevion, starting as a Channel Account Director, and then taking on roles such as Global Sales Programs and Director of Marketing Operations.

Cosimo Gualano has a diverse education history that spans several decades. Cosimo started their education in 1978 at Istituto Tecnico San Severo (FG), where they obtained a BEC degree in Electronics and Telecommunications in 1982. In the same year, they also enrolled at the Military Academy in Modena (Italy), earning a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Telecomunication & Leadership in 1984. Additionally, they attended Politecnico di Torino from 1982 to 1986, completing a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication Engineering. Moving forward, they pursued further academic endeavors at the Military Staff College in Civitavecchia, Roma (Italy), where they earned an MSc in Strategic Sciences from 1994 to 1995. Later on, in 2009, they attended the University of Wales, obtaining an eMBA degree with a focus on Finance, Marketing & Entrepreneurship in 2011. Most recently, in 2021, Cosimo Gualano completed an Executive Master in Digital Marketing with a specialization in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia at 24ORE Business School.
