Joanna Ratajczak

Joanna Ratajczak has a diverse work experience in various companies. Joanna started their career at McDonald's in 2000, where they worked as a Shift Manager until 2004. Joanna then joined NDG Medica for Lohmann Polska sp. z o.o. as an Area Sales Representative from 2004 to 2005. Following that, they worked at Lohmann GmbH & Co. KG as a Quality Officer from 2005 to 2011. Since 2011, Joanna has been employed by Nevion (a Sony Group Company) in different roles. Joanna began as a Quality Coordinator from 2011 to 2013, then progressed to Senior Quality Coordinator from 2014 to 2016. From 2017 to 2017, they served as a Quality Assurance Director before being promoted to Director of Quality and Compliance from 2018 to the present.

Joanna Ratajczak earned a Master of Engineering degree in Environmental Protection from Uniwersytet Przyrodniczy w Poznaniu. Joanna also pursued postgraduate studies at Poznan University of Economics and Business, where they obtained the qualifications of an Auditor of Integrated Management Systems.
