Marlon Th. M. Nielsen has a diverse work experience in the field of media and technology. Marlon Th. M. is currently working as a Project Delivery Director at Nevion, a Sony Group Company, since March 2020. Prior to this, they served as a Project Manager/Consultant at Bouvet ASA from September 2019 to February 2020.

Marlon has a long tenure with Nevion, starting in January 2013 as a Solution Delivery Manager and serving in that role until August 2019. In this position, they managed the project delivery of Nevion's IP media production solutions for broadcasters and service providers globally. Marlon Th. M.'sresponsibilities included project management, agile software development, system integration, technical training, testing, and customer support.

Before joining Nevion, Marlon worked at T-VIPS as a Product Manager from January 2012 to January 2013 and as a Software Engineer from June 2010 to January 2012. Marlon Th. M. began their professional career at Midgard Media Lab, NTNU, where they served as a Project Manager from November 2008 to June 2010 and as a Senior Engineer from August 2006 to October 2008.

Marlon also gained valuable industry experience through a summer internship at SONY Broadcast & Professional Research Labs in Basingstoke, UK, from June 2005 to September 2005.

Marlon Th. M. Nielsen's education history includes a Master of Science in Electronics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) from 2004 to 2006, with a focus on signal processing and communication. Marlon Th. M. also holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics from Sør-Trøndelag University College (HiST) from 2000 to 2003. In 2009, they pursued further education in the field of Innovation and innovation management at NTNU Videre, earning 7.5 study points. Prior to that, from 1997 to 2000, Marlon attended Fosen VGS for general studies.
