Tracy Forrest, PMP, CSM, is an accomplished Project Delivery Director at Skyward Specialty Insurance since March 2020, bringing extensive experience in project and enterprise application management. Previously, Tracy served as VP of Enterprise Applications at NCI Building Systems, Inc., leading a 20-person team in support of multiple ERP systems, data warehousing, and custom applications, while also establishing IT strategies for business initiatives. Tracy’s career includes significant roles at NetVersant and various other companies, where responsibilities ranged from Oracle applications support to materials management and procurement structures, showcasing a strong background in technology and operational efficiency. Tracy holds educational credentials from Stephen F. Austin State University and Westchester High School.
