Istvan Ubelhart

Istvan Ubelhart is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as the VP of Engineering at Nevis Security, where responsibilities include overseeing the global engineering department based in Budapest and Zurich since June 2023. Prior to this role, Istvan held the position of VP of Engineering at Loxon Solutions from December 2020 to March 2023, managing a software engineering department of over 100 professionals and developing enterprise applications for banks and credit institutions. Istvan's career at GE Healthcare spanned nearly 18 years, with roles ranging from Software Portfolio Manager to Software / Systems Engineer, where significant contributions included defining product backlogs, managing large engineering teams, and collaborating on advanced visualization applications. Istvan holds an M.Sc. in Computer Science from Budapest University of Technology and Economics and an MBA from Magyar Agrár- és Élettudományi Egyetem.
