Sylvie Stucki

Sylvie Stucki is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in software development and bioinformatics. Currently serving as an Ingénieur logiciels at NEVIS Security AG since January 2020, Sylvie previously held various roles at AdNovum Informatik AG from December 2014 to December 2019, including Développeuse de logiciels and Développeuse de logiciels junior. Sylvie's academic background includes a Doctorate in SIG et bioinformatique and dual Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Physics from EPFL. Notably, Sylvie contributed to the European project NEXTGEN during a five-year tenure as Assistante-doctorante at the Laboratoire des Systèmes d'information géographique, focusing on genomic studies related to livestock. Additional research experience includes an invited scientist position at Cardiff University, concentrating on landscape genomics. Sylvie has also served as an Assistante-étudiante at EPFL, where responsibilities included mentoring undergraduate students in computer science.
