Doug Johnson

Doug Johnson is a seasoned professional in the banking and financial services sector, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Advisor for Payments and Cybersecurity Policy at the American Bankers Association since June 1999. In this role, Johnson leads efforts in enterprise risk, physical and cyber security, business continuity, and fraud deterrence. Previously, Johnson held the position of Vice President and Senior Advisor for Risk Management Policy, where responsibilities included organizing the association's risk management policy group. Prior to joining the American Bankers Association, Johnson served as Assistant Director of the Florida Division of Banking for ten years, overseeing the regulation of Florida's banking industry and previously as Chief of Research. Johnson holds an MBA in Finance from Florida State University and a BSBA in Economics from the University of Florida's Warrington College of Business.
