Sharon Radziewski

Sharon Radziewski, MBA, is an accomplished Senior Conference Director with extensive experience in program leadership, marketing, and event execution. Currently at the American Bankers Association since June 2014, Sharon leads the development and marketing for a major annual leadership conference, overseeing all aspects from session development to budgeting and member engagement for approximately 1,300 attendees. Previously, Sharon held similar roles at Financial Service Centers of America, where strategic event coordination benefited roughly 800 participants, and at the Cable & Telecommunications Association for Marketing and NCTA - The Internet & Television Association, where leadership in conference direction and marketing fortified industry engagements. Sharon earned an MBA in Business Administration from The George Washington University School of Business and a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Maryland.
