Amy Brown has extensive experience in customer service and order management, currently serving as the Invoicing Services Team Lead at Nevro since March 2016. In this role, Amy implements and facilitates order process flows while training new customer service personnel and improving interdepartmental processes. Prior to this, Amy held positions at Fortinet as a Senior Customer Service Representative and at Trimble Military & Advanced Systems Inc. as an Order Fulfillment & RMA Specialist, where responsibilities included verifying order accuracy and managing customer communications. Amy began a career in order management at Extreme Networks Inc., where the focus was on high-volume bookings and process improvements. Academically, Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Notre Dame de Namur University.
