Rod MacLeod

Rod MacLeod is the current CFO at Nevro. Rod has held this position since June 2020. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Finance at Stryker from September 2004 to June 2020. Before that, they were the Controller at United Airlines from July 1996 to April 2000.

Rod is an experienced executive leader with a proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and accounting. Rod has a keen eye for detail and a knack for delivering results against stated goals. Rod has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, and has successfully integrated numerous businesses into larger organizations.

Rod is a strategic thinker who excels at aligning the allocation of capital and resources with key strategic initiatives. Rod is also an excellent communicator and motivator, with a talent for building highly engaged teams. Under their leadership, pricing programs have delivered consistent year-over-year improvements, and they have established an Integrated Business Planning process that has become the standard for the organization.

Rod MacLeod has an MBA in finance marketing from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a BA in economics from Harvard University. Rod also attended San Marino High School.
