Stephen Xiao serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Head of Finance at New Aim since December 2021. Prior to this role, Stephen held various positions at KPMG Australia from October 2013 to November 2021, including Director and Manager/Associate Director, where responsibilities focused on due diligence in M&A transactions and serving as an IPO investigating accountant. Earlier experience includes working at KPMG from April 2006 to September 2013 as Assistant Manager - Associate Director in Transaction Services and as Assistant Manager at China Huarong Asset Management Corporation from July 2002 to April 2006, specializing in distressed asset management. Education was obtained from Beijing Foreign Studies University.
