Ryan Kelley

Ryan Kelley is a seasoned GIS and systems analyst with extensive experience in the field, currently serving in this role at New Albany, Ohio since December 2021. Prior to this position, Ryan held multiple roles, including GIS / Systems Analyst II and GIS / Systems Analyst I, at the City of Westerville from May 2014 to December 2021. Earlier career experiences include a bookkeeping position at The Wooster Inn and various GIS roles at CACI International Inc, where Ryan progressed from GIS Technician to GIS Task Supervisor 3 over five years. Ryan holds a Bachelor's of Science in Geography with a focus on Atmospheric Science from The Ohio State University and an MBA in Finance from Bellevue University.
