Noelle Christidis currently serves as the Assistant Director of Educational Advocacy at New Alternatives For Children. In this role, Noelle oversees the development and implementation of department programs, policies, procedures, funding, and spending. Noelle collaborates with various NYC officials and advocates to enhance advocacy procedures for students in foster care. Prior to this, Noelle worked in various educational roles, including as a Registered Behavior Technician at The Peter Haje Center for Autism and as a Head Teacher & Aide at Lil' People's Playhouse. Noelle holds a Master’s Degree in Social Studies Teacher Education from Rutgers Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Rutgers University.
