Cynthia Gross

Cynthia Gross is a desktop support engineer at New America. Prior to joining New America, Gross attended Per Scholas, where she trained for and attained her compTIA A + certification. She plans on building experience while studying for her next certifications and working towards her undergrad degree. She is extremely passionate about helping people and hopes to one day use the IT field to give back to the less fortunate.
