Amy F. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business systems and support roles across the financial services industry. Currently serving as a Business System Analyst at New American Funding since October 2024, Amy previously held positions at EPM as Support Team Lead and Encompass Support Administrator from November 2021 to October 2024.
