David Chung

David Chung has a wide range of work experience in the technology industry. David currently holds the position of Director of Engineering at New American Funding, where they oversee the company's flagship web application and manages talent within the engineering team. Prior to this role, David served as a Software Engineering Manager at the same company, where they were responsible for managing various aspects of the company's web application and collaborating with other departments to meet client needs. Before joining New American Funding, David worked as a Software Developer at Impac Mortgage Corp., where they developed logic components for mortgage lending software. David also served as a Technology Consultant at Ursa Technologies, Inc., where they developed a point of sales inventory system and worked on website development projects. David has also gained valuable experience during their time at KPMG US, where they held roles such as Manager of Development and Senior Software Developer, leading development teams and creating enterprise-wide applications. Additionally, they have worked at Arthur Andersen, Kayne Anderson Rudnick, Arinc, Dimensional Fund Advisors, and JVC, gaining experience in various programming and development roles.

David Chung holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. David has also obtained a certification as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Lean Six Sigma Institute LLC.
