Elly Cummings

Elly Cummings has more than 25 years of experience in the mortgage industry.

As New American Funding’s Divisional Senior Vice President for the Great Lakes South Florida region, she has been recognized with numerous awards including Notable Women in Banking and Finance by Twin Cities Business and Top Women in Finance by Finance & Commerce. Additionally, she led New American Funding to local awards in her region, including Star Tribune’s Top 200 Workplace, Minneapolis/St Paul Business Journal’s Best Places to Work, and Milwaukee’s Best and Brightest Company to Work For. She has also been named to the Spare Key Board of Directors.

Prior to New American Funding, she was the Chief Operating Officer at Marketplace Home Mortgage and the President and one of the founders of Gradient Home Mortgage.

Loan Officers under her leadership have been named Top 1% Mortgage Originators in America by Mortgage Executive Magazine and Top Producers by Scotsman Guide.
