Manuel Merlin is an experienced Mortgage Loan Originator currently working at New American Funding since July 2024, with a strong background in the mortgage industry that includes prior roles at Point Mortgage Corporation, Ideal Lending Solutions, and Iconic Mortgage Corp. Prior to focusing on mortgage origination, Manuel managed operations at Merlin Adjusting, LLC as a licensed adjuster and held positions such as Investor Accountant II and Financial & Credit Analyst at Bayview Asset Management and Banco Pichincha, respectively. Manuel's foundational experience in finance is supported by a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Economics from Florida International University and an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Miami Dade College.
