Peter Ryu

Peter Ryu currently serves as the President of the Greater Seattle Chapter for the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) and as a Branch Manager/Mortgage Advisor at New American Funding. Ryu previously held the position of Branch Manager and Vice President of Lending at Guaranteed Rate from January 2021 to December 2023 and worked as a Private Mortgage Banker at Wells Fargo Private Bank from April 2017 to January 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Branch Manager and Loan Officer at Priority Home Lending, LLC, and a Mortgage Banker at Central Banc Mortgage. Ryu also has ownership experience from November 2007 to November 2012 with Elite Lending. Ryu earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of Washington between 1999 and 2003.
