Shelby Shier

Shelby Shier has an extensive background in loan accounting, currently serving as the VP Assistant Controller at New American Funding since February 2020, where prior roles included AVP Assistant Controller and AVP Loan Accounting Manager. Before joining New American Funding, Shelby held senior positions at loanDepot from December 2010 to February 2020, including Sr Manager and Director of Loan Accounting. Earlier experience includes a role as a Financial Analyst at RPA from February 2003 to December 2010 and as a Business Manager at D'Arcy from April 2000 to February 2003. Shelby earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from California State University, Northridge between 1993 and 1995.
