Lisa Shim is a seasoned professional currently serving as Partner and Portland Practice Lead at Pepper Foster Consulting, where efforts focus on executing mission-critical initiatives for clients. In addition, Lisa holds a significant role as Chair of the Equity Committee on the Board of Directors at New Avenues for Youth, which addresses youth homelessness in Portland. Previous experience includes leadership positions at Point B from 2009 to 2024 and as Asia Pacific & Latin America Division Leader at Nautilus from 2003 to 2009. Lisa's educational background includes an M.B.A. in International Business from Portland State University and dual B.A. degrees in English and Chinese from the University of Maryland.
