Bradley Hledik

Bradley Hledik is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the Consumer, Retail, and Sports industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Sales for North America at New Balance and as Principal at BHH Advisors, Bradley provides strategic consulting and advisory services. Previously, Bradley held significant roles at Nike from 2004 to 2024, including Vice President and General Manager for Dick's Sporting Goods, where a long-term growth strategy was developed, and General Manager for JD Sports/Finish Line in North America. Bradley started as Nike Running Sr. Sales Director, leading the commercial strategy across various channels. Earlier consulting experiences include work with Mars & Co. and as an Associate Consultant.
