Cara Leonard

Cara Leonard, CPIM, is a seasoned inventory operations professional with extensive experience in inventory planning and management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Inventory Operations at New Balance since June 2017, Cara has held various roles including Manager of Inventory Planning and Senior Inventory Planning & Allocation Analyst. Prior experience includes a tenure at Gander Mountain as Senior Business Analyst, managing over $10 million in annual receipts, and optimizing inventory allocation for over 160 store locations. Cara's career began at American Eagle Outfitters, where roles included Associate Inventory Planner and Allocation Intern, focusing on inventory performance and store-level planning. Cara holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Quinnipiac University and participated in educational programs at Universidad Pablo de Olavide and Fontbonne Boston.
