Cheryl Hebert has over two decades of experience in human resources and talent development, currently serving as Talent and Development Manager and Learning and Development Manager at New Balance Athletics, Inc. since May 2015. Cheryl has been with New Balance Athletics, Inc. since November 2000, initially as a Human Resource Sr Learning & Development Trainer, providing guidance on employee relations and conducting investigations. Prior to this role, Cheryl worked as an Executive Secretary at Skowhegan Savings Bank from May 1998 to September 2000, where responsibilities included customer interactions and preparing documentation for board meetings. Cheryl holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Kennebec Valley Community College, with additional education from Thomas College and the University of Maine at Farmington.
