Damien Leigh

Damien Leigh is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the retail and consulting sectors. Currently serving as the SVP Direct to Consumer at New Balance since September 2018, Damien has held various leadership roles at Staples, including SVP GM of Staples.com, SVP Business Services, and VP Sales. Prior to their tenure at Staples, Damien worked at Bain & Company as a Consultant and served in the US Army as a Captain in the Corps of Engineers. Damien holds an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
