Erica Morin

Erica (Shapiro) Morin serves as the General Merchandise Manager for North America Cross Category at New Balance, a role held since April 2012, where responsibilities include leading merchandising strategies and fostering an inclusive workplace as Co-Founder and Co-Lead of The Village, an Associate Resource Group aimed at supporting working parents. Prior to New Balance, Erica gained valuable experience at Teradyne, holding multiple financial analyst positions from July 2007 to April 2012. Erica is an alumna of the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst, graduating with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance in 2007.
