Jarrod Sharp, CSM, currently serves as a Digital Product Manager at New Balance since April 2023. Previously held the position of Technical Project Manager at Balto from January 2022 to December 2022, where Jarrod managed 14 technical projects for software implementation alongside Scrum Teams and Product Owners. Prior to that, Jarrod worked at Centene Corporation as a Front End Software Developer and as a Back-End Web Developer, contributing to the development of intranet web applications and updating medical management systems. Jarrod began the career as an Account Resolution Specialist at MedAssist and has held various positions in healthcare billing and customer service across several organizations. Jarrod earned a Programming Certificate in Computer Science from LaunchCode in 2019.
