Kathy Dahmen

Kathy Dahmen, CSM SA, is an accomplished Program Manager currently engaged with New Balance since September 2021, focusing on DC Operations and IT Agile Transformation. With a robust background in Agile methodologies, Kathy has led significant initiatives at BNY Mellon, successfully transforming the organization's approach to Agile practices. Additional leadership roles include driving Agile enablement at The Hanover Insurance Group, directing product development at McKesson Health Solutions, and managing software engineering teams at McKesson Corp. Kathy also brings valuable experience from previous positions at SUN Microsystems and Vicor. Kathy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology and is certified as a Scrum Master and SAFe Agilist.
