Loay Tolba

Loay Tolba has extensive experience in strategic development and stakeholder engagement, currently serving as Senior Manager for Responsible Leadership at New Balance since March 2014. In this role, Loay heads global initiatives and has played a key role in developing and implementing the department's strategy. Prior experience includes senior management in compliance across the EMEA and South Asia regions at New Balance, ensuring adherence to social and environmental policies. Loay’s background also includes a tenure at Gap Inc. as a Social Responsibility Specialist, where the focus was on improving conditions for vendors and compliance with local laws, as well as earlier roles in business development and graphic design at Abjad Cairo. Loay holds a B.A. in Management Science from Sadat Academy for Management Sciences and completed secondary education at AMAl Language School in Egypt.
