Michalene Hardy

Michalene Hardy is an experienced professional in brand licensing and product management, currently serving as Associate Manager of Brand Licensing at New Balance since 2016. In this role, Michalene manages the product creation process for global licensed apparel categories and oversees the lifecycle of seasonal products. Previously, as Associate Product Manager at New Balance, responsibilities included managing promotional apparel development for over 100 global marathons, factory negotiations, and process enhancements. Prior experience includes positions at Destination XL Group, Inc., where Michalene worked as Associate Ecommerce Merchandiser and Assistant Buyer, and Wellesley Information Services, where the role of Marketing Coordinator was held.
