Sean Sweeney has extensive experience in the marketing and media industries, holding key positions at prominent companies. At New Balance from March 2018 to July 2024, Sean served as Head of Global Marketing for American Football and Klutch Athletics, along with roles as Senior Global Brand Marketing Manager and Global Brand Marketing Manager. Prior to this, Sean worked at Complex Media from May 2014 to February 2018 as Senior Social Media Manager and Editorial Strategist for Branded Content. At Dime Magazine, from February 2012 to May 2014, Sean held the position of Senior Editor, following a tenure as an Editorial Freelancer at SLAM from August 2009 to June 2010. Sean earned a Master’s degree in Magazine, Newspaper & Online Journalism from Syracuse University and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications/Sport Journalism from Springfield College.
