Erin Cleland

Erin Cleland currently serves as the Human Resources Supervisor at New Braunfels Utilities, where responsibilities include supervising the HR team and addressing employee inquiries and concerns. Previous roles at New Braunfels Utilities include Payroll/HRIS Analyst and Easement & Right-of-Way Support, where Erin successfully negotiated over 70 easements for major projects. Additionally, Erin is the owner of Knotty Girl, a small business specializing in handmade crochet creations, and has experience as a Community Emergency Response Team Member during Hurricane Harvey. Erin also conducted water quality testing as a Citizen Scientist for The Meadows Center for Water and the Environment.
