Wesley Hilliard

Wesley Hilliard is an experienced Learning & Development Supervisor at New Braunfels Utilities, where responsibilities include launching the company's first L&D Department, designing impactful onboarding experiences, and facilitating leadership training for over 80 leaders. Hilliard is skilled in coaching executives and managers on Gallup strengths, conducting teambuilding sessions, and creating digital training materials.
