Chelsea Marti

Chelsea Marti is an experienced professional in the museum and publishing sectors. Currently serving as a Visitor Services Associate at the New Britain Museum of American Art since April 2019, Chelsea contributes to revenue generation through ticket sales, merchandise, and memberships, while fostering positive visitor relationships and assisting in event setups. Previous roles include Ad Layout/Proofreader at Prime Publishers, Inc. and an internship at Connecticut Landmarks, where Chelsea catalogued items in a historic home and researched historical narratives. Chelsea also gained archival experience as a Temporary Archive Assistant at ESPN. Academically, Chelsea holds a Master’s degree in Public/Applied History and a Bachelor's degree in History, both from Central Connecticut State University.
