Tim Walker is the current Vice-President of Finance & Administration at New Brunswick Community College. The New Brunswick Community College Saint John Campus offers high-quality, job oriented, educational and training opportunities on a full time basis in areas of academic studies, business, information technology, health and human development, mechanical/industrial, electronics and trades. Each year, the college also provides training to hundreds of apprentices of various trades and to thousands of people on a part-time basis. The Academic Studies program is a full time regular program for obtaining credits or upgrading. Many high school subjects are also offered through the Correspondence Service and through the Continuing Education Program. Other courses are also offered through on-line learning. An orientation to the General Education Development (GED) program is also offered through the Distance Education Program. Under the Contract Training Department, specially designed contract training exists for agencies, businesses, and industries. Comprehensive apprenticeship trades training programs are also offered through Apprenticeship and Occupational Certification Services. Co-operative education programs are also offered.
