Tony van Bommel

Tony Van Bommel has extensive experience in investment and board leadership within the technology and clean energy sectors. Currently serving as a Board Member for the New Brunswick Innovation Foundation, Tony has held significant roles at companies like GaN Systems Inc., where a definitive agreement for sale to Infineon was arranged, and CarbonCure Technologies, recognized as the 2020 North American Cleantech Company of the Year. Additionally, Tony has been a Senior Managing Partner at BDC Capital's Industrial, Clean and Energy Technology Fund and has contributed to various organizations as a board member or investor, including Axine Water Technologies, LeddarTech, and Upchain, which was sold to Autodesk.
