Christie Gates

Christie Gates is the current Executive Director of HR at New Caney ISD. Christie previously served as the Chief Administrative Officer at Sheldon ISD from July 2018 to August 2018. Prior to that, they were the Executive Director of Personnel Services at Sheldon ISD from October 2014 to July 2018. Christie also served as the Director of Personnel at Sheldon ISD from October 2013 to October 2014. Christie Gates began their career in education as a principal at Sheldon I.S.D. in June 2004, where they served for nine years.

They work with Scott Castleberry - Executive Director, Student Services, Blake Carroll - Executive Director, Operations, and Scott Powers - Executive Director, Public Relations. Their manager is Matt Calvert, Superintendent.
