Sybil Ibarra possesses a diverse educational background and extensive experience in the field of education. Currently employed at New Caney Independent School District since July 2015, Sybil has held various positions including Assistant Principal, Instructional Specialist for EL/Title III, EL Instructional Coach, and teacher for both 3rd grade and 2nd grade dual language programs. Prior to this role, Sybil served as a Bilingual Teacher in Houston ISD from June 2013 to June 2015. Sybil Ibarra earned a Master of Education in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of St. Thomas (TX) in 2017 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Houston-Downtown.
